However, any custom-made items that cannot be resold or restored are excluded from our return policy and will not be refunded. Please note that we may require photos and or other documents as proof for any defected items. We urge you to be 100% sure before placing any custom-made orders. We will ship to all of the states of America. Most orders that are within the weight and size limit set by us will include free shipping. However, shipping some orders within certain areas and above the weight and size limit set by us will attract extra charges. You will be informed in advance either by email or phone about such charges or soon after placing an order.
